3×3 Circuit Workout
The idea with this workout is to do three rounds of three sets of exercises, 30 seconds each. Let me break this down by round. I split everyone up into three groups, each group started at one of the three stations (listed below in each round). You do each station for 30 seconds and rotate for three sets.
